Its an absolutely stunning and good small place to stay! The staff is top-class and helpful, as well as owner. The location is stunning, outside the city centre.

We ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and the setting was magnificent and lovely.

Local food quality. Absolutely perfect and quiet location with free parking if needed and right by Cambodia, and an once decent tourist destination. Also, in the internal restaurant.

So we also would stay here again, but we didn't have time. It is a good small property located in Ochheuteal Beach district very close to great private beach area with loungers, and Sihanoukville for a reasonable price and great service. The room is good-sized and essentials you need, including a safe, a coffee/tea maker and a work desk, is right there. The point is garden view was an unexpected bonus. The staff are exceptionally friendly, giving their best to make the stay an amazing experience.

The hotel provided good prices. All good — we enjoyed this small property — the food was reasonably priced and the staff were really kind and nice. The service was amazing with parking on site. The location was marvellous and lovely and near a cove and a river.

Got twin room with aircon, green garden, as for instance as expected. The location was unbeatable and fantastic - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.
